David set up the satellite and TV for us when we moved into the house. He gave us a first class service, so we knew immediately who to call when we had the roof replaced and the satellite needed realigning. Just as friendly and helpful as we remembered and sorted it super quick.

I recently used Dave and the team at Kerikeri Satellite TV to install a cable and connect my home theatre system to a large screen projector
I found the service excellent, Dave turned up when he said he would and he went about his job very efficiently, he had the cable installed and the TV operating in no time at all. David and Kerry came out to our house when they said that they would, and despite light rainfall, David still hopped up onto our roof (helped by Kerry), and promptly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the damaged LNB (satellite electronics unit) in our old dish, re-did the cable-end connections and re-sealed these thoroughly. He then came indoors, spent a little while to ensure it was all working correctly and re-tuned our Freeview satellite box for optimum operation in Kerikeri. He was prompt and efficient, and we were delighted to have such a quick fix well done. We would heartily recommend this company to anyone wanting satellite services – his prices were also extremely reasonable. We are very happy customers. Thanks Dave and Kerry.

Thanks so much David for calling in so quickly and fixing our satellite parts’ problem. We had had the fault for at least a couple of weeks and I thought I was looking at a complete replacement, however, David called in, spotted and fixed the fault straight away and was gone before I knew it! If I had’ve known he was so efficient and capable I would of contacted him a lot sooner! Thanks again our ‘go-to’ satellite experts, much appreciated. Sandy

David was courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived as scheduled and knew what the problem was straight away. He took the time to explain what the cause of the fault was and what was needed to fix it.
